The CoreLogic® Real Estate Analytics Suite (REAS) is a WEB and FTP based solution comprised of eleven modules, ten of these are data modules that include the CoreLogic HPI™, CoreLogic HPI Forecasts™, CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indexes™ and the Case-Shiller Home Price Index Forecasts. To complement the data modules, REAS includes the CoreLogic HPI Valuation Engine module that leverages the CoreLogic HPI to provide a point-in-time valuation of residential properties based on a best-fit combination of tier and geographic attribute (i.e., State, County, Zip Code or CBSA). The predefined set of reports and bulk data export provide summary and detailed data by geography for a specified time horizon. This integrated solution provides a comprehensive reporting suite for residential and commercial data.

The following is a summary of the ten data modules contained in REAS:

·        CoreLogic House Price Indices™ (HPI) provides historical index data from 1976 to present for use in market analysis, modeling, and HPI valuation.

·        CoreLogic HPI Forecasts™ are updated monthly and provide projected house price index data for 60 months past the last HPI data period.

·        CoreLogic HPI Forecasts™ Stress Testing Scenarios, based on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors (FRB) Comprehensive Capital Analysis (CCAR) scenarios, are updated monthly (reset annually when the FRB releases their scenario data) and leverage the CoreLogic HPI Forecasts Baseline model to create three forecast scenarios at all geographic levels for the Single-Family Combined and Single-Family Combined Excluding Distressed tiers.

·        CoreLogic Case-Shiller Indexes™ track market-level historical home price changes for use in modeling, property valuation, and market analysis (FTP access only at this time).

·        Case-Shiller Home Price Index Forecasts project home price changes for use in modeling, property valuation, and market analysis (FTP access only at this time).

·        Cash Investor Trends provides both cash and non-cash sales counts, mean and median prices, and institutional investor activity broken out by sales types (FTP access only at this time).

·        MarketTrends provides general market health reporting of delinquency and foreclosures, sales counts and types, and median and negative equity share metrics.

·        ListingTrends provides current real estate listing activity by geographic area including price, inventory and days on market.

·        RentalTrends provides fair market rent estimates, along with rent per square feet, capitalization rates, and vacancy rates.

·        CommercialTrends provides current commercial property activity by geographic area including price, loan type, origination amounts and notice of defaults.
