Shared Reports provides access to all predefined reports as well as custom groups and custom filters used for reporting. In addition, there is a company shared folder that is only available to users that are part of your group and allows you to share reports within the group.
Note: The Shared Reports folder is displayed in List View; it may also be displayed in an Icon View.
